FIR filed against officers and civilians, video surfaces

Following the incident, an FIR was lodged against police constables Imran and Gulshan, along with a civilian named Shakeel and three other individuals. As a preliminary response to these serious allegations, the authorities have suspended the involved constables pending further investigation.
