News of an accident has come from Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh. A Bolero lost control and fell into the river on the Mahadev Ghat bridge near Simri on Banwar road under Nohta police station of Damoh. 8 people died due to the Bolero jeep falling into the river. All of them were residents of Belkheda of Jabalpur district.
It is being told that among the 8 people, 5 were women and a girl. Also, 6 people have been injured in this accident. As soon as the police administration got information about the incident, they reached the spot and all the injured have been sent to the district hospital of Damoh.
MP Accident Shock
The Bolero lost control and fell into the river at around 11:00 am today. Five women including a girl child died among the more than a dozen people travelling in it. Thus, 8 people died in this accident and 6 were injured and have been admitted to the district hospital.
Superintendent of Police Shrut Kirti Somvanshi said that on Tuesday morning, residents of Katangi Pauri village in Jabalpur district were returning in two Bolero vehicles after taking cancer medicine from someone's house near Ghatpipariya village under Hindoria police station in Damoh district.
Investigation into the incident continues
Meanwhile, a Bolero lost control and fell into the Sunar river on a bridge near Simri, killing 8 people, including a girl, among the more than a dozen people travelling in the vehicle.
Heart Break in Madhya Pradesh
The remaining injured have been sent to the district hospital for treatment. As soon as the information about the incident was received, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar and Superintendent of Police Shrut Kirti Somvanshi along with other officials reached the spot and relief work is going on.
