Tragic! 13, including 5 children killed as tractor-trolley carrying wedding guests overturns

The wedding guests were heading from Rajasthan's Motipura village to Piplodi, with around 30 of them packed into the tractor-trolley, while some were on motorcycles.

At least 13 people, including five children have died after a tractor overturned in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. While 15 were injured after their tractor-trolley overturned at 8 pm on June 2. This incident happened in Piplodi, Rajgarh around 8 pm on Sunday night, when a tractor loaded with wedding processions overturned. An official of the district administration said that the marriage procession was going from Motipura in Rajasthan to Kulampur.

MP CM expressed grief 

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said in a social media post that Rajgarh Collector Harsh Dixit, Superintendent of Police and Minister Narayan Singh Panwar are present at the spot. We are in touch with Rajasthan government and police. The injured were taken to Rajgarh district hospital. Some seriously injured people have been taken to Bhopal for treatment.

President Murmu expressed condolences 

President Draupadi Murmu also expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and said that the news of many people dying in a road accident in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh, is quite sad. My condolences are with the families of the victims who have lost their loved ones in this incident. I wish for the speedy recovery of the injured.
