Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP from Asansol seat Shatrughan Sinha said that President's rule should be declared on the central government. MP Shatrughan Sinha remarked regarding the Murshidabad violence that it has occurred largely because of the polls in Bengal and Bihar. In response to the call for imposing President's rule by the BJP, he commented, "If President's rule must be imposed somewhere, in my opinion, it must be imposed on the central government." So that all this does not shift, it does not follow the policy of divide and rule.

"Peace and happiness in Bengal"

TMC MP assaulted the BJP and said, "Do not cause this tension between our people. This is causing tension at the time of the elections. Apparently, its intent is understandable. One the one side, the BJP is continually girding the TMC up regarding the violence at Murshidabad. Simultaneously, MP Shatrughan Sinha added, "There is such a happiness and serenity in Bengal that there will be no such place in the country, I am an MP of that country, right now there are chants of brotherhood all around Asansol, it is thus everywhere in Bengal." 30 to 35% Muslim households reside there, till date, I have heard that there was any riot or any agitation there.
