New Delhi: A shocking theft has emerged from Lucknows Lulu Mall, where thieves targeted Kalyan Jewellers, making off with a substantial haul of 43 grams of gold, equivalent to two valuable gold bangles. This brazen incident, which has sent shockwaves through the shopping center, only came to light after the store manager filed a complaint, triggering a quick and thorough response from authorities. As a result, an official police investigation has been launched to identify and apprehend the perpetrators and recover the stolen gold, leaving many to wonder about the security measures in place at the popular mall. Details of the incidentPawan Kumar Jaiswal, the store manager at Kalyan Jewellers, reported the theft to the police. According to Jaiswal, on the night of September 11, as the store was preparing to close, staff members discovered a discrepancy in their inventory. Two bangles, weighing a total of 43.76 grams, were missing.Upon reviewing CCTV footage, it was found that three women had entered the store at approximately 6:03 PM that evening. These women were seen browsing the bangles, which were shown to them by staff members Akash Singh and Mahak Gupta.
