'Recite Kalma or we will shoot you', terrorists shot a man when he refused

New Delhi: 30 people are feared dead in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists targeted tourists and asked them about their religion. Shubham Dwivedi of Kanpur also died in this attack. The terrorists shot Shubham in front of his wife. Before the attack, the terrorists asked Shubham about his religion and asked him to recite Kalma, but Shubham refused, after which the terrorists shot him. The incident happened when Shubham and his wife were horse riding.

The news of Shubham's death has brought a wave of mourning in Hathipur Chandan Chakki of Maharajpur police station area of ​​Kanpur. The family and relatives are waiting for Shubham's body. Shubham's cousin Saurabh has appealed to the government to send the body to them as soon as possible. Shubham got married just two months ago and he had gone to Kashmir with his wife.

On April 17, Shubham and his wife Eshanya went to Jammu and Kashmir with family and relatives. Shubham was a cement businessman. His brother Saurabh told that he got a call at 3 pm that there was a terrorist attack and Shubham was shot. He spoke to Eshanya, who was scared and crying. He was told that there was a stampede there for a long time.

Declaration of terrorists

Saurabh said that in a viral video, Shubham's body was lying on the ground, he had a bullet wound on his head and was bleeding. Eshanya said that she and Shubham were horse riding when the terrorists attacked. One of the terrorists told Shubham that "If you recite Kalma, we will not shoot you." But Shubham refused and the terrorists shot him.

Shubham's wife left

Saurabh told that the terrorists told Shubham's wife, "We are leaving you so that you can tell your government about this incident." According to the officials, it will take two days for Shubham's body to reach Kanpur. Saurabh has demanded the government to send the body to him as soon as possible.

Shubham and his wife had left for Pahalgam on Tuesday, while the rest of the people stayed in Anantnag. When both of them were riding horses, terrorists attacked and shot Shubham. After this, the security personnel sent him to the hospital, but he could not be saved.
