A gruesome incident has come to light from Bareillys Nawabganj Tumdia village where a soldier husband, allegedly in an extra-marital affair, got his wifes hand cut during the fight. The man, instead of taking her to the hospital to get it stitched, sewed her fingers in a sewing machine. The couple, Mukesh and Neelam tied knot three years ago in May 2021 and have an eight-month-old son.Brutally assaulted his wifeAccording to the allegations levelled against him, the soldier has been accused of having an illicit relationship with a woman whom he desired to marry. When he came back home on May 12, he started quarrelling with his wife over the matter. Later on May 21, the woman sustained serious injuries when her husband struck her with a sharp weapon. The mans brutality went to such an extent that he sewed her cut fingers with a sewing machine. The accused assaulted his wife in unimaginable ways, repeatedly hitting her private part with shoes. The abhorrent act did not stop there, he also stabbed her face with a knife several times. Made a video of wife Mukesh made a video of his wifes grave condition. To cover up his deed, he compelled her to tell in the video that she was found guilty of talking to a man and because of the same she was beaten up by him. After making the video, he snatched the mobile, and then called her brother, claiming that he had killed his sister. The accused fearlessly said that he was not scared of anybody and no action would be initiated against him as he was an army personnel. Police detain man after complaint is filedNeelam reached the police station covered in bloodshed and reported to the police about the brutality inflicted upon her. As soon as the complaint was filed, the soldier was taken into custody and an FIR was lodged against him and his mother Usha Devi under section of attempt to murder. The accused soldier was fined for his ghastly deeds.
