National Commission for Women chief Rekha Sharma had said on Tuesday (May 14, 2024) that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal should raise her voice in the matter. Actually, the allegation is that Vibhav Kumar had misbehaved with Swati Maliwal at Kejriwal's official residence.
BJP is attacking AAP regarding the whole matter. Recently, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that Swati Maliwal was waiting to meet Arvind Kejriwal at his house and during this time Vibhav Kumar misbehaved with her and we condemn it.
A day earlier, National Commission for Women chief Rekha Sharma expressed concern about the safety of Swati Maliwal and said that she should raise her voice. He tweeted, 'I am worried about the safety of Swati Maliwal...what kind of pressure is there on her that she is not able to come forward and lodge a complaint with the police.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh had said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Bibhav Kumar misbehaved with the party's Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister's residence on Monday. He said that AAP supremo Kejriwal will take strict action in this matter. At the same time, police officials said that they have not received the formal complaint yet, but they have not stopped the DD (daily diary) entry because Maliwal had come to the police station on Monday and said that she would come to lodge the complaint.
