Supaul, Bihar: 30 labourers trapped after under-construction bridge collapse

In Supaul, Bihar, a significant incident has come to light involving 30 labourers who are trapped following the collapse of an under-construction bridge slab. Rescue efforts are currently underway to free the trapped workers, with ongoing relief and rescue operations. This bridge, reported to be part of the Bharatmala Project, has been under construction when the incident occurred around 7 a.m.

Authorities are mobilising local residents to assist in the relief and rescue operations, recognising the urgency of the situation. The trapped labourers' safety and well-being are top priorities as the efforts to extricate them from the collapsed structure continue.
