Stepfather rapes his two daughters, son when mother went for sister's funeral

New Delhi: A case that has torn apart relationships has come to light from Hyderabad. It is reported that a stepfather allegedly made his own children victims of lust. These include a son as well. At present, the court has given a strict verdict in this case and sentenced the guilty stepfather to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a fine has also been imposed.

Sentenced to 20 years by court 

According to the Times of India report, a 47-year-old man in Chanda Nagar has been sentenced to 20 years by the court. The Special Court for Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) cases has found him guilty of raping a step son along with two step daughters aged 7 and 4 years. The age of the step son is 12 years.

When it happened? 

According to the report, this case came to light in June 2022. During that time the children had told their neighbor about the misbehavior on behalf of their father. At that time the mother of the children had gone to attend the funeral of their sister. According to the report, the accused raped the children on several occasions.

Children told whole story 

After getting the information, the neighbor reached the police station with the children. After this, when the matter reached the court, during the trial, the children told the whole story. The court held the stepfather guilty on the basis of medical evidence and witnesses.

A similar case came up in Pune too

Recently, a case of rape of a 13-year-old girl was also reported from Pune. There were allegations that the girl's father, uncle and a cousin brother repeatedly raped and threatened her. According to a TOI report, a police officer had told that the teenager had told about it during a session in school. All three accused were arrested. Action was taken against them under the POCSO Act.
