Naitik is reported to be in stable condition, but Tushar, the second victim, remains in critical condition. Two BBA students detained after fatal accident

Both accused, who are students from a well-known university in Delhi, have been detained by the police. One of the suspects, identified as the driver of the Audi, is the son of a prominent local jeweller. According to the police, the driver has been charged under Section 281/125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (Indian Penal Code), specifically for rash driving.
