According to reports the victim, identified as Pawan Kharwar, was allegedly assaulted by Ankit Bharti and seven other associates. According to Shivkumar, the family initially did not report the incident as they had taken Pawan to a hospital in Madhya Pradesh for treatment immediately after the attack.Following the viral video, the Shaktinagar Police Station registered a case and arrested the main accused, Ankit Bharti. The police have also launched a search operation to arrest the other accused involved in the incident.
