Congress leader Rahul Gandhi started the discussion on the No-Confidence Motion brought against the Narendra Modi government in the Lok Sabha today. On the second day of the motions debate, Gandhi discussed a variety of issues, including the Manipur violence, as well as his Bharat Jodo Yatra.“They [the government] have killed Hindustan in Manipur, they have murdered Hindustan in Manipur. One of my mothers is sitting in the House, my other mother was killed in Manipur. By killing people of Manipur, you are killers of Bharat Mata [Mother India]. You [government] are traitors, not patriots,” Gandhi said in the Parliament.“Manipur has been split in two. I was not even aware why I started the Yatra. I realised that I started the Yatra to understand the country.
