In a domestic dispute late at night in Mohalla Rafiqnagar of Nagar Kotwali area in Hapur district, a young man strangled his wife to death. This murder took away the mother's shadow from three innocent children. The accused husband himself called the police and informed about the murder, after which the police took him into custody and started investigating the case.

Man's shocking Confession

According to the police, Nazrin (alias Najma) of village Saidpur in Gulavathi police station area of ​​​​Bulandshahr district was married to Rashid of Mohalla Rafiq Nagar in Hapur about 14 years ago. Rashid is a welder and works as a gate maker. He lives with his family in Rafiq Nagar. 


Wife Najma strangled to death 
It has also come to light that the couple has three children, Samad (9 years), Shifa (7 years) and Ayan (8 months). A dispute started between the husband and wife over some domestic issue. This dispute escalated so much that Rashid, in a fit of rage, strangled his wife Najma to death.

After committing the murder, Rashid himself called and Dial 112 and informed about the incident. On receiving the information, Kotwali police station in-charge inspector reached the spot with the forensic team. 


There was a dispute between husband and wife
Station in-charge said that preliminary investigation has revealed that there was a dispute between the husband and wife over something, due to which Rashid got angry and strangled Najma to death. The police have started a thorough investigation into the case and the relatives of the deceased have been informed. 

Further action will be taken on the basis of complaint after the relatives reach the spot. After Nazma's death, her three young children have lost their mother forever. People around are getting emotional thinking about how the youngest child Ayan, who is just eight months old, will grow up without his mother. People from the neighbourhood said that without a mother, the future of these children is uncertain.
