The video, filmed on Wednesday night, shows Roy appearing to be intoxicated and engaging in behavior that locals deemed highly inappropriate, including an alleged assault on two minors.Allegations and public outcryThe video captures Roy holding a woman by the neck and drawing close as though to kiss her, until nearby individuals intervened.
