Parliament Security Breach: In a daring security breach at the Lok Sabha, four individuals responsible for the alarming incident have been identified and detained by the Delhi Police.

The two main instigators behind the chaos in the Lok Sabha have been named as Sagar Sharma, son of Shankarlal Sharma, and 35-year-old D Manoranjan, son of D Devaraj, according to police sources. The two individuals detained outside Parliament have been identified as 42-year-old Neelam and 25-year-old Amol Shinde.

Limited information has been released about the intruders, but it has been revealed that Manoranjan is a Computer Sciences graduate from a college in Mysuru.

Detainment and Investigation

All four perpetrators have been detained, and the investigation is being led by the anti-terror cell of the Delhi Police. Key officials, including Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora, are actively involved in the investigation. Canisters used in the breach have been seized as forensic evidence.

Parliament Smoke Attack Unveiled

The chaos erupted in the Lok Sabha at 1:02 pm when two men triggered the security breach. One man jumped from the visitors' gallery and ran into the chamber, while the second remained in the gallery. Both deployed canisters releasing coloured smoke.

A video circulating online captures the man evading capture by jumping over desks in an attempt to reach the Speaker's Chair.

Opposition lawmakers expressed concerns over their safety, questioning the potential toxicity of the smoke. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has committed to a thorough investigation.

Key Details So Far

A recovered visitor's pass indicates that the two intruders were issued passes by the office of Pratap Simha, the BJP MP from Mysuru, Karnataka. Shocking visuals depict one man, believed to be Sagar Sharma, evading capture by leaping from desk to desk. The second individual, D Manoranjan, remained in the visitors' gallery and released a canister.

Notably, Neelam and Amol were detained outside Parliament for setting off gas canisters and shouting slogans against 'dictatorship.' There could be a possible connection between the two incidents.

These security breaches occurred on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament terror attack, which claimed nine lives, including eight security staff, and was orchestrated by Pakistan-based terror groups.
