Multiple incidents of food contamination surface in Uttar Pradesh

This is not an isolated incident. Several cases of individuals contaminating food and beverages have recently emerged from Uttar Pradesh. In some regions, such as Ghaziabad, there have been reports of urine being mixed into health drinks like juice. The controversy surrounding food contamination continues to intensify, with many of these cases going viral online.

In Ghaziabad, authorities were alerted after a video showing a man spitting into juice circulated widely. The accused, identified as Asif, was arrested by the police following an investigation. A case has been registered against him for his actions, which have sparked deep public concern.

Call for stricter action under NSA

Following the viral videos, Hindu leader Yashveer Maharaj and several BJP officials have called for stringent legal measures against the accused. They are demanding that action be taken under the National Security Act (NSA), citing the upcoming Navratri festival and the need for strict law enforcement against those involved in such acts.

As the investigation progresses, public demand for harsh penalties against those caught contaminating food and beverages continues to grow, with many citizens calling for immediate legal reforms to address such threats to public health.
