As per the statement of Mahakal police station in-charge Ajay Verma, three minor teenagers belonging to the Dewas, Mandsaur, and Rajgarh districts, came to get an education to become priests. The official said that they have complained of sexual exploitation and immoral acts against Ajay Acharya and Rahul Acharya of the ashram.

The complaint of a 14-year-old has been registered under Sections 7, 8, 9P, and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012.

A case under Sections 11 and 12 of the act has been noted in a complaint from a 12-year-old minor. Apart from this, on the complaint of another 14-year-old minor of Mandsaur district, a case has been registered against Rahul Acharya of the Ashram under sections 377, 506 and sections 3, 4(2), 58, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.

Sources have claimed that Acharyas have exploited several children.
