A hideous case of rape of a 14-year-old minor sister by her brothers has been brought to light in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The minor girl went to the doctor complaining of a severe stomach ache, after the examination, she discovered that she was pregnant. Her mother filed a FIR against her sons, accusing them of raping her daughter. The girl, who lived in a Ghaziabad colony, was an eighth grade student. Following her fathers death, her mother and two brothers worked as laborers. Accused brothers arrestedSiddharth Gautam, ACP Shalimar Garden, stated that when the girl complained of a stomach ache on Saturday, her mother rushed her to a Delhi hospital. The scan confirmed that the girl was pregnant. The accused brothers have been apprehended by Tila Mod police, and the Child Welfare Committee has been notified of the situation. Further action will be taken based on the victims statement.
