Shahjahanpur: 12 dead in head-on collision between truck and tempo

A shocking incident has been reported from UP's Shahjahanpur where 12 people have lost their life in a head-on collision between a truck and tempo on Thursday.

According to SP Shahjahanpur, Ashok Kumar Meena, "the casualties include 8 men, 3 women, and one child. According to the primary information received, they were all going to Panchal Ghat to take a holy dip. They had hired the tempo from their village... The container has been detained but the driver is on the run. A lookout operation is going on."
