Now, DMK minister A Raja has fueled the controversy over ‘Sanatan Dharma’. The remarks from A Raja came after MK Stalin backed Udhayanidhi’s remarks ‘dengue, malaria…’ on Thursday. A Raja said that Udhayanidhi was soft on his words, instead ‘Sanatana Dharma’ should be compared to diseases carrying social stigma such as HIV and leprosy.
After being trolled for his remarks, DMK’s A Raja said, “I am prepared to give answers for all cabinet ministers if the Prime Minister convenes the meeting and let them permit me. I will explain which one is ‘Sanatana Dharma’ thereafter you decide…”

Responding to A Raja’s remarks on Sanatan Dharma, Union Minister Anurag Thakur claimed that alliance is spreading hate against people. He said, “Leaders of ‘Ghamandiya’ alliance are spreading hate one after the other. Why is the Congress standing with such leaders?”
