Adulteration is becoming more common in Ayurvedic medications as well. Ten Ayurvedic medications were discovered to be fakes during a government examination. Additionally, 22 incidences of adulteration of allopathic drugs have been reported.
Among these is the well-known liver medication Liv-52. It was discovered that the combination of Mandoor Bhasma and Daruharidra in this was not up to par. Officials from the Unani and Ayurvedic communities in the area have been told to stop selling these medications.
The department is still conducting its raid. A number of medications were found to be adulterated, including the steroids Prednisolone and Betamethasone, the painkillers Iboprofen and Diclofenac, the diabetes medication Glimepiride, and the sexual arousal medication Cilidinafil.

False products have been discovered to include Jwala Dadh, Rumo Pravahi, Sundari Kalp Syrup, Trayodshang Guggulu, Vedantak Vati, AciNutra Liquid, Amla Churna, Supersonic Capsule, Bosta 400 Tablet, and Bayana Plus Capsule. Dr. Saroj Shankar Ram, the regional Unani and Ayurvedic officer, announced the arrival of an order banning thirty-two medications. Ten of these medications turned out to be bogus. The district does not manufacture these. Sales and transportation will not be permitted in such a scenario.
