Robbers storm retired IAS officer's house, strangled wife to death when protested in Lucknow

In fact, 71-year-old retired IAS officer DN Dubey, who has been DM in many districts including Rae Bareli and Divisional Commissioner in Allahabad, lives in Sector-22 of Indiranagar police station area of ​​Lucknow. When he returned after playing golf on Saturday morning, everything in the house was scattered. The body of his wife Mohini was lying on the floor. A noose was tied around his neck. He immediately informed the police.
