Rahul Gandhi should resign... Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde condemns Congress leader on EVM controversy

Maharashtra CM also hit out at Rahul Gandhi and said, "Rahul Gandhi has won from two places. The same EVM was there also, so he should say that the EVM machine was faulty everywhere and he should resign and contest again."

Amid the ongoing controversy on EVM, after Rahul Gandhi, BJP leader Rajeev Chandrashekhar, now Maharashtra CM, and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde has reacted in this matter. Maharashtra CM has supported Ravindra Waikar from the Mumbai North West constituency after all the allegations made by opposition about the EVM malfunctions. However, this comes after the Returning Officer for Mumbai North West Lok Sabha seat addressed allegations on EVM after the allegations of EVM manipulation by Shiv Sena  (UBT). 

What he said? 

Maharashtra CM questioned whether doubts about the integrity of EVMs were raised only because the winning candidate was from Shiv Sena. He also said that "Wherever the Maha Vikas Aghadi has won, there the EVM machine has functioned correctly. But, wherever they lose, they are raising objections on the machine. 

Shinde also hit out at Rahul Gandhi

From where it all started? 

EVM controversy started after Tesla founder tweeted on X about the potential hacking of EVM. He said it is not safe as it can be manipulated by AI or Human. After his tweet, the controversy sparked in India. First, Rajeev Chandrashekhar and then Rahul Gandhi tweeted about the various concerns related to EVMs.
