BJP has accused AAP MP Raghav Chadha for alleged signature fraud in motion against the Delhi Services Bill. Refuting the charges against Chadha, several party leaders have come in his favour saying that motion does not require any signature.“No signature is required from any member to prove consent for select committee. With no signature, there is no question of forgery of any kind. Privilege motion not maintainable,” Former Lok Sabha Secretary General and constitutional expert PDT Achary said.On Tuesday, suspended AAP MP Sanjay Singh and AAP minister Saurabh Bhardwaj also defended Chadha.
