In a new development in Pune Porshe incident, where 2 people lost their lives in Pune, Maharashtra, now authorities have taken decisive action against the family of the affluent individual involved. Acting on directives from CM Eknath Shinde, the police resorted to demolishing the father's resort using a bulldozer, citing illegal construction as the reason behind the action. This enforcement occurred in Mahabaleshwar.

Vishal Aggarwal owns a resort

A local district official disclosed that real estate developer Vishal Aggarwal owns a resort in Mahabaleshwar and is the father of the primary suspect in the Pune Porsche accident. On Saturday, a joint effort between the police and district administration led to the demolition of illegal structures at Mahabaleshwar Parsi Gymkhana (MPG) Club in the Malkam Peth area of Mahabaleshwar. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had instructed Satara Collector Jitendra Dudi to proceed with action against the resort if deemed unauthorized.

Resort on 10-acre plot

Reports indicate that Agarwal constructed the resort on a 10-acre plot belonging to Parsi Gymkhana, despite the state government designating it for residential purposes. Initially, the state government leased 10 acres of land to the Parsi Trust for 30 years. However, in 2016, Kishore's grandfather SK Aggarwal became a committee member of the trust, with the accused's grandmother Usha Aggarwal also joining the committee.

It was repurposed into a resort

It's crucial to note that the state government allocated this land to the Parsi Trust for residential use. Previously, it served as the gym for the Parsi community, but Vishal Aggarwal repurposed it into a resort for personal use.
