The state government has been asked by the police to expedite the Porsche vehicle accident case in Pune, Maharashtra. Pune Police has also asked the government for a special attorney in addition to this. By the end of this month, the police will file a charge sheet against each and every one of the accused. Simultaneously, two additional individuals have been apprehended in connection with this case; they served as a go-between for the father of the minor and the accused doctors of Sasoon Hospital. They were the intermediaries in the financial transaction.

The Pune problem  

According to a Pune police spokesman, Ashfaq Makandar and Amar Gaikwad have been taken into custody. An investigation showed that Makandar and Gaikwad had served as go-betweens for the father of the kid and the doctors who were being implicated. They had given Dr. Shrihari Halnor money in exchange for Atul Ghatkamble, a Sassoon Hospital employee, having a different blood sample. Vishal Agarwal, the minor's father, is said to have paid the accused three lakh rupees to alter the blood sample. The cops have retrieved all of the money.

According to ACP Sunil Tambe, seven defendants have been taken into custody in this case thus far. Following the court hearing on Wednesday, the mother and father of the young accused, Vishal and Shivani Agarwal, have been placed under police custody till June 10. Additionally, staff members Atul Ghatkamble and Dr. Ajay Tavare have been placed under police custody until June 7. Furthermore, the FSL lab has proven that the minor accused's blood sample was substituted with his mother Shivani Agarwal's. The accused's father and mother both took part in the illegal plot. 

Suspects in the case

The detained suspects will be seated across from one another as the police question them. The mobile device's CDR analysis is ongoing. For this, the cyber cell is at work. Pune Police requested in their plea to the Juvenile Justice Board that the 17-year-old accused's police remand be extended by 14 days; the remand was scheduled to expire on Wednesday. The accused is safer at the remand home, according to the authorities. He might come out of here and get attacked. His custody was then extended until June 12. 

The accused in this case is already being held by the police, along with his father Vishal Agarwal, grandpa Surendra Agarwal, mother Shivani Agarwal, and two physicians from Sasoon Hospital, Drs. Ajay Tavare and Shrihari Halnor, as well as an employee, Atul Ghatkamble. The Pune Police will question each of the defendants collectively. Dr. Ajay was the one who altered the blood sample and stole three lakh rupees from the accused's father. Atul, the worker, and Dr. Shrihari had helped him with this. These three accused people split the entire sum of money.

Officials dig up new details on the case 

According to Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, the defendants put pressure on their driver, Ganga Ram, to accept blame for the mishap. The minor defendant drove his Porsche automobile to kill two soft engineers on May 19. Following this, the accused driver stated in a statement that he was operating the vehicle when the collision occurred. However, the authorities concluded, based on the evidence, that the driver accepted responsibility for the money-grubbing. According to the story, the accused's grandfather, Surendra Agarwal, summoned his driver, Ganga Ram, to the bungalow first. 

He was tricked into going to the police station and testifying that he was operating the Porsche at the time of the horrifying collision by offering him a large sum of money. After then, the car was used to transport him to the police station. His words were captured on tape. He was brought back with him after that. But rather than allowing him to return home, he was detained at the bungalow as part of a plot. In addition, Surendra Agarwal took Ganga Ram's cell phone, preventing him from getting in touch with anyone. Startled by his master's actions, the driver said nothing.

The police were on the lookout here. additionally under pressure. because CM Eknath Shinde, the state's chief executive, is personally monitoring this situation. The entire nation is furious over this tragedy. Justice for the relatives of the victims is being demanded. Here, the police stormed Surendra Agarwal's home based on the driver's wife's accusation, and the entire plan came to light. The accused's grandfather was subsequently taken into custody by the police. However, he admitted to the court that the night of the tragedy, he had been to Delhi for some work. That is unrelated to him.

Porsche and case

The driver was in the same Porsche that the minor accused was not operating at the time of the collision. Actually, the accused began requesting the driver's keys and insisting on operating the vehicle after becoming inebriated. Following this, Gangaram phoned his owner, Vishal Agarwal, the father of the juvenile accused, informing him that his son was attempting to operate the vehicle while inebriated, which was inappropriate. However, Vishal urged him to give his son the automobile keys even after he was aware of this. Following this, the driver was ordered by the Agarwal family to accept responsibility for the accident.
