The 17-year-old teenager and the main accused of the Pune Porsche car crash confessed to police that he does not remember anything as he was drunk at the time of the incident. The teen, who has been detained and was under vigilance in a Juvenile Justice Home, mowed down two IT engineers while speeding car on May 19.The boy repeatedly informed the police that he did not remember the sequence of events clearly, as he was drunk.The statement from the minor came after his mother got arrested on Saturday after it was found that the teens samples were swapped with hers. Notably, the doctors and police officials have been facing criticism for preliminary investigation in the case. The parents of the minor have been sent to remand till June 5 for the destruction of evidences.Police also suspect that there were a few more people involved in the case. To find out who they were, a custodial interrogation was required of both accused. Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is on.
