Police allege that Agarwal coerced Gangaram into falsely stating to authorities that he, rather than the teenager, was behind the wheel of the Porsche at the time of the collision.Fatal accident and resulting chargesThe crash, which occurred on May 19, involved a Porsche driven by the teenager colliding with a motorbike carrying Aneesh Awadhiya and his partner Ashwini Koshta. Sadly, both Awadhiya and Koshta tragically lost their lives in the accident.Third FIR filedAgarwals arrest marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation. He was apprehended at his residence in the early hours of Saturday morning.
