AAP to boycott President's address over Kejriwal's arrest

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has opted to boycott President Droupadi Murmu's address to protest the recent arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak stated, "The way they have arrested Kejriwal ji yesterday...we will not only boycott the address, but also protest." Kejriwal was taken into three-day custody by the CBI in connection with a corruption case linked to the Delhi excise policy and is currently in Tihar jail following an earlier arrest by the ED in a money laundering case on March 21.
