New Delhi: The viral CCTV video, filmed at the Luharli toll plaza under Dadri police station's jurisdiction, shows a sub-inspector, identified as Praveen Kumar according to TricityToday.com, arriving at the plaza in his car. Within seconds, he explodes in anger, launching a physical attack on the toll workers. The shocking footage depicts him manhandling employees and even breaking the toll barrier, allowing several vehicles to pass without paying.

Second video shows power assertion

Another video circulating online showcases a tense altercation between a toll booth officer and the same officer. The sub-inspector can be heard arrogantly proclaiming his apparent immunity from consequences.
