New Delhi: The viral CCTV video, filmed at the Luharli toll plaza under Dadri police station's jurisdiction, shows a sub-inspector, identified as Praveen Kumar according to TricityToday.com, arriving at the plaza in his car. Within seconds, he explodes in anger, launching a physical attack on the toll workers. The shocking footage depicts him manhandling employees and even breaking the toll barrier, allowing several vehicles to pass without paying.
