New Delhi: In a tragic incident, a 22-year-old student in Rajasthan was gang-raped by four people. This incident took place few days ago. However, the girl had registered a case on Monday. After the incident of gang rape of a 22-year-old student in Rajasthan came to light, now the police has arrested four accused. Escort service in hotels Officials aware of the matter said that on Thursday the police have arrested four accused. Rudra Prakash, DSP of Ajmer North said, The gang rape incident took place in the house of one of the accused on June 12. We have also caught all four accused. They used to provide escort service in hotels in Ajmer and Udaipur. They used to send girls to hotels in the car of an officer of the Indian Railways.First year student in college According to the police, the girl is a first year student in a college. The DSP said, The girl also worked as a receptionist in a hotel. In the month of June, this girl had left her job and the very next day after leaving the job, such an incident happened with the girl. An accused named Girdhari had offered the girl that she can stay at the place mentioned by him until she gets another job.Threatened to kill her The police officer said that the girls house was far from her college. So, she agreed to stay at the place suggested by Girdhari. However, it is alleged that on June 12, Girdhari called three more of his friends there and gang-raped her at his house. All the accused had threatened the girl that if she told anyone about this, then they would kill her.Registered complaint against four accused The DSP said that the girl says that when she got a job in another hotel, she told Girdhari that she was going to Delhi. But Girdhari started pressurizing the girl, after which she went to the police station and lodged a complaint against the four accused. Identity of the accused The accused have been identified as Girdhari, Rahul, Hemu and Rajveer. In this case, a case has been registered under sections 376 D, 323, and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. The police have arrested all these accused.
