New Delhi: Kolkata Police have implemented a precautionary measure to maintain peace and order within the city. Citing credible intelligence suggesting potential violent demonstrations, Commissioner Vineet Kumar Goyal has invoked Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).
