Parents protest after 'Bad Touch' incident in Noida school, video goes viral

A disturbing incident involving a 'bad touch' at Modern Public School, Sector-12, Noida, has sparked outrage among parents, raising serious concerns about child safety. Following the incident, parents staged a protest, demanding immediate action from the school authorities. A video capturing the protest and the presence of the Noida Police has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread attention and reactions from the public.

The 47-second viral video shows a parent voicing their frustration, saying, "Look, this protest against the bad touch is happening in Sector-12, but parents are being kept outside. No one from the school is coming out. We've been standing here for hours, and there’s no response from the management. A large crowd has gathered, but still, no one from the administration has come forward."

Public reactions flood in

Following the video's circulation, social media users have been quick to express their anger. One of the social media users commented, "Education used to be a sacred field, but it’s shocking to see that the integrity of those who teach has stooped so low. Such individuals should face strict punishment." Another user, called the incident "extremely dangerous," highlighting how the school administration allegedly helped the accused escape instead of reporting the incident to the police.

According to reports, a KG student was playing in the school playground during lunch break when a laborer allegedly touched her inappropriately. The child immediately informed her teacher. The girl's parents, who had previously educated her on 'good touch' and 'bad touch,' were quick to confront the school. However, they allege that the administration attempted to cover up the incident.
Arrests Made, But Concerns Remain

Following the parents' protest, several parents voiced concerns about the safety of their children. In response, the police arrested the school’s principal, a teacher, and two other employees for aiding the accused's escape. The main suspect, the laborer, was later arrested as well. However, parents remain dissatisfied, demanding stricter measures to ensure their children's safety.
