Jha argued that while the government claims to protect the underprivileged, Bihar is demanding that reservations, based on the survey, be included in the 9th Schedule. He urged the government to appeal to the Supreme Court following the Patna High Court's decision. If the government fails to act, Jha vowed that the RJD would take the matter to court.
