In a stunning twist of fate, former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash's wife has been accused of killing him inside their residence at Bengaluru's HSR Layout. Pallavi, the wife of Om Prakash, was reported to have sprayed chilli powder on her husband's face and stabbed him repeatedly with a knife, killing him.

In the statement, Pallavi alleged that they were engaging in a survival battle and used chilli powder for self-defence.
The police have arrested Pallavi and their daughter and are questioning them. The police have filed a case against Pallavi on the basis of her statement and other evidence. The police are investigating, and they are investigating the role of the daughter in the murder.
