Upcoming consecration ceremony

The consecration ceremony, scheduled for January 22, will witness the installation of the idol of Ram Lalla at the grand temple. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and 4,000 saints from various sects are expected to attend the ceremony. Vedic rituals, beginning on January 16, will precede the main ceremony.

Vedic priest to lead rituals

Vedic priest Lakshmi Kant Dixit from Varanasi will conduct the main rituals of the consecration ceremony on January 22. The preceding week, from January 14 to January 22, will mark Ayodhya's Amrit Mahautsav. A significant 1008 Hundi Mahayagya is also planned, accompanied by the feeding of thousands of devotees.

Preparing for an influx devotees
