A confrontation between police and mobile robbers in Noidas Sector 20 resulted in one robber being shot and injured while his accomplice managed to flee under the cover of darkness. The injured suspect was identified as Neeraj, son of Darshan, a resident of Harola in Sector 5, Noida, and he is wanted in connection with nine cases of robbery and snatching.According to DCP Noida Rambadan Singh, police were conducting a routine check at the toilet intersection near DLF Mall when they noticed two individuals approaching on a motorcycle. The officers signaled for them to stop, but when they failed to comply, a chase ensued. As the suspects reached the vicinity of Sector 16A Film City, they opened fire on the police.
