Two pedestrians were hit by a Lamborghini car on the pavement near an under-construction building in Noida's Sector 94. Two workers were seriously injured in this accident. Officials said that both the injured laborers are residents of Chhattisgarh. He has suffered a fracture in his legs, but he is out of danger.

Supercar Tragedy in Noida

The driver has been identified as Deepak, a resident of Ajmer and the luxury vehicle is registered in Puducherry. He was arrested on the spot and the car seized, police said. In a video of the accident, the man gets out of his car and asks bystanders, "Has anyone died here?" The young man was taking a test drive .Deepak, who was detained, was driving a luxury car when a speeding car hit the labourers sitting on the pavement in Sector 94, police said. He said the car did not belong to Deepak and he was taking a test drive. Hearing a loud noise, locals rushed to the car and asked Deepak to get out of the vehicle to see what he had done.

Why are you showing stunt skills?

A local man asked, "Why are you showing off your stunt skills?" People are dead, you know what? "Has anyone been killed here?" asked Deepak, shocked. Another man said, "What else?" Just look there. Someone please call the police. The man then said that Deepak was driving too fast, to which Deepak replied that he had pressed the accelerator very gently. The man replied, "Was that soft?" Bhupendra Singh, in-charge of Sector 126 police station, said the injured labourers were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. He has a fracture in his legs, but his condition is not serious. According to Singh, the accused claimed that the accident was unintentional and caused due to a fault committed while driving. Police are investigating further to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.

The accused has been taken into custody

A few minutes later, on receiving information from the locals, the police reached the spot and took the injured workers to a nearby hospital. During interrogation, Deepak told the police that there was something wrong with the screen of the car, which he was checking while driving, when the accident happened. The police have seized the car and registered a case against the accused Deepak.
