New Delhi: In a shocking incident from Ghaziabad's Tronica City, a widow was brutally raped and assaulted by her neighbor, Abhishek, in the wee hours of the Tuesday morning. The crime occurred around 3 AM when the power was out, allowing the assailant to enter the victim's house unnoticed.
