These include demands from students for a retest, calls for a CBI investigation into question paper leaks, requests for grace marks, and the emergence of political disputes. Held on May 5 across 571 cities by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam saw the granting of grace marks to 1,563 students. Results were declared on June 4, triggering concerns among students, parents, and teachers.

Here are the top 10 developments regarding the NEET UG 2024 

1. Student unions staged a protest rally on Tuesday from Himayat Nagar to the Ambedkar statue at Tankbund in Hyderabad, expressing concerns over the NEET 2024 exam results.

2. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders also protested at Jantar Mantar on Tuesday against alleged irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 exam conducted by the Centre.
