New Delhi: Mumbai Police arrested the main accused in Mumbai hit-and-run case's main accused Mihir Shah on Tuesday. He has been taken to Worli Police Station. He was arrested 72 hours of the incident. According to reports, Shah's mother and two sisters have been arrested. To capture Mihir Shah, the police formed multiple teams and eventually located him in an apartment in Virar, approximately 65 KM from Mumbai.
Shah, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, drove a luxury sedan that struck a two-wheeler in Mumbai's Worli. In the accident, a 45-year-old woman died and her husband sustained severe injuries.
Shah, the son of politician Rajesh Shah from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena faction, had been evading authorities since the incident occurred on Sunday.

The group stayed at the bar until 11 pm.
At 5 AM, after driving around Marine Drive, they started heading home. Police believe the car reached Kalanagar when Shah swapped seats with Bidawat. This suggests that Shah was driving when the car collided with a bike at 5:30 AM.
