New Dehi: In the aftermath of a tragic building collapse at an under-construction site in Mumbai, the Dindoshi Police have registered an FIR against five individuals, including the site supervisor and contractor. The collapse, which occurred on the 20th floor of a Gr + 23 structure, claimed the lives of three workers and left three others injured. The incident took place yesterday, and authorities have since launched an investigation under sections 106(1), 125A, and 125B of the BNS.

No arrest made amid investigation

According to Dindoshi Police, while the FIR has been lodged, no arrests have been made as of yet. The registered individuals include key personnel responsible for the construction, with allegations pointing toward negligence in overseeing the project. The exact cause of the collapse remains under scrutiny as authorities continue their investigation.
