In a video posted online, Aryan Dev Neekhra, a controversial social media influencer, made a heartfelt plea to the Pune Cyber Cell. He asked them to drop the case against him, explaining that he lacked the funds to travel to Pune to appear before the police on May 27. He gained widespread attention when his satirical rap song, allegedly featuring the underage individual, circulated online. The song boasted about evading the consequences of the Porsche accident and quickly gained popularity on social media platforms.

Neekhra expressed his frustration and fear over the charges filed against him for creating satire videos about the notorious Pune Porsche case. He emphasized his middle-class background, questioning the value placed on his life in light of the accusations.

Claims of defamation

Neekhra explained that his videos were intended as parody and not aimed at any specific person. He believes the charges against him are meant to divert attention from the main Porsche case. He also said that the media made his videos viral and they are portraying him as the accused who killed two people.

Financial struggles

In his video, Neekhra mentioned that he was only served notice on May 25, leaving him insufficient time to arrange money or transportation to Pune. He fears that he will be jailed and wrongly labeled as the main culprit in the high-profile case.

Neekhra concluded his video by highlighting the injustices he sees in the case. He pointed out that the minor involved in the accident was released on bail, while he, a middle-class content creator, is being targeted. He accused the authorities of manipulating lab reports and blackmailing the driver involved in the incident.

The Porsche case involves a tragic accident where a Porsche, allegedly driven by a drunk teenager, killed two software engineers in the Kalyani Nagar area of Pune on May 19. The teenager was initially granted bail, which was later revoked following public outrage. His father and grandfather have also been arrested.
