In a disturbing incident in Rudhikapura, Morena, Sonu Kushwaha, a local resident, along with his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, has been arrested for the brutal assault of his wife, Sarita. The attack occurred after Sonu discovered Sarita using her mobile phone, leading to a violent confrontation.According to the sources, the altercation began when Sonu Kushwaha became enraged upon seeing Sarita talking on her mobile phone. His reaction escalated quickly, and he began hurling abuse at her. The situation worsened as Sonu, along with his elder brother and sister-in-law, forcibly removed Sarita from their home and subjected her to severe physical abuse.During the attack, Sonu and his family members did not relent, even when Sarita lost consciousness. They continued to beat her and, in a shocking act of cruelty, Sonu pressed his foot against her neck while she was unconscious. Fortunately, Sarita survived the ordeal.Victim seeks justiceAfter regaining consciousness, Sarita managed to contact her father and went to the Kailaras police station to file a complaint. The incident was also captured on video by a local villager, which provided crucial evidence for the police investigation.Following the release of the video, law enforcement officials took swift action. Sonu Kushwaha, his brother-in-law, and sister-in-law were all arrested and charged with assault.
