PM Narendra Modi is set to decend the throne for the third time. This is a historic third term, which adds Modi alongside Indias ex-PM Jawahar Lal Nehru, who was the only Prime Minister of the country elected for a three-consequential term.Following an exhausting 11-hour meeting at the Prime Ministers residence yesterday, the decisions on the new cabinet were made. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to occur in Delhis Rashtrapati Bhawan. Rashtrapati Bhawan, where President Droupadi Murmu will bestow the oath of office, has three layers of protection in place. Authorities added that because Delhi is still on high alert for the event, commandos from the NSG and SWAT sections of the Delhi Police have been stationed around the venue and other key areas.For the next few days, the use of aerial platforms such as drones, paragliders, remotely piloted aircraft, and hot air balloons is prohibited in the national capital, which has been declared a no-fly zone by the police. The oath-taking ceremony will feature almost all South Asian country leaders and neighbors, comprising the Maldives as well as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, Mauritius, and the Seychelles, as part of Indias Neighbourhood First policy. There will be special routes assigned for the dignitaries to take from their lodgings to the venue and back. June 9th, a Sunday.
