Who is Bikram?

Bikram, who had recently moved to Haveri for work, was living in a laborerโ€™s quarters in the Gowdar Oni area. Employed as a grill worker, he had been in the town for around six weeks, having worked in various other locations before settling there. Following intelligence inputs from Mumbai Police, Haveri police apprehended him and immediately transferred custody to Mumbai authorities for further investigation.
