National News: A sudden fire broke out on Monday morning in a four-storey shoe-slipping factory on Lawrence Road in the capital Delhi. The fire was so huge that on seeing this, two more factories nearby also took them. The accident took place around 7 am, and in a short time the fire caught two more factories nearby. Thankfully, the fire was controlled in time and there was no loss of life.
The fire department received information about the fire at around 7:30 am. Initially, five fire engines were sent on the spot, but in view of the magnitude of the fire, a total of 20 fire engines had to be sent one by one. The fire was completely controlled after a hard effort of about three hours.
The fire spread rapidly due to the large amount of shoes and slippers and other flammable materials present in the factory. Hydraulic cranes had to be used to extinguish the fire in the upper floors. The flames were so strong that the upper floors were hit by the upper floors in two other nearby factories.
This fierce fire made a case of lakhs of rupees kept in the factory. At the same time, in the other two factories, there is a possibility of heavy damage due to the fire. It is being told that when the fire broke out, no employee was present in the factory, which caused no casualties.
At the moment, the reason behind the fire has not been clear. Police and fire department teams are investigating the case. Initially, the short circuit is believed to be the cause of fire, but it will be confirmed only after investigation.
The incident once again opens the fire safety and monitoring system in the factories of the capital. If the teams of the fire department did not reach on time, then this accident could have taken even a bigger form.
