Haryana: A horrifying video emerged on social media showing four masked men opening fire on three youths in Haryana’s Yamunanagar on Thursday morning. The attack claimed the lives of two young men, while the third is critically injured and undergoing treatment.

The chilling footage reveals the victims walking toward their car after leaving the gym when the attackers ambushed them. In a panic, two of the youths ran back towards the gym, while the third, who had initially approached the car to sit beside the driver’s seat, attempted to flee on the road but was gunned down.

Gang rivalry suspected

According to reports, the victims were associates of liquor businessman Monu Rana, who is known to have an ongoing rivalry with gangster Kala Rana. Authorities suspect the brutal attack was a consequence of this feud.

The incident occurred near the Power Gym in Radaur’s Khedi Lakha Singh village, as the victims were heading home after their morning workout. The assailants unleashed a barrage of bullets, firing 30 to 40 rounds at their Scorpio vehicle. Police later recovered 40 to 50 empty shells from the scene.

Casualties and ongoing investigation

The deceased were identified as Virendra Kumar from Golani village in Yamunanagar and Pankaj Kumar from Baraut, Uttar Pradesh. Arjun, a resident of Unheri village in Yamunanagar, survived the attack but remains in critical condition. The attackers, reportedly four to five in number, fled the scene.

The police have launched an investigation to determine the motive and identify the perpetrators. Further updates are awaited as the case unfolds.
