Marathi actress Urmila Kothare survives deadly car accident, causing death of 1 worker, another in critical condition

Marashtra News: Urmila Kothare well-known actress who works in Marathi films was caught in major car accident as she was returning back home, after dropping her friend to her place . Urmila Kothare was involved in accident in early hours of saturday around 12:45 in Mumbai's kandivali suburb.

Impact of the accident 

The accident resulted causing severe injury to the actress, driver involving two metro worker who was hit by car while working .One worker died on spot, while other was rushed to the hospital and is struggling for life. Both the actor and driver was also admitted .

Occurence of the accident 

The incident took place in Mumbai's Kandivali Suburb around 12:45 on saturday when the driver lost control and run over two workers working in Metro contruction causing major injuries. According to police, accident was severe causing spot death of one and three injured.

Accident Outcome

Urmila and her family member are yet to give there official statement regarding the incident  .Meanwhile, the driver identified as Gajanan Pal is taken under custody , the driver was tested positive to be under the influenced of alcohol while driving. A case has been registered agaianst him under section 106(1) ( xausing death by negligence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita .
